The application of MyLTT collects and uses the mobile number of the user of the application for the purpose of providing the service within the terms contained in these terms. Libya Telecom and Technology Company collects the mobile number of the user of the application in particular to conduct the necessary verification of the identity of the user and provide him with all the information concerning use and consumption, as well as promotional and advertising messages. Without such information, the user may not be provided with the services required, developed or improved.
This information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable rules to maintain the privacy of personal information and will not be used for any purposes other than those described in this section.
The user discharges Libya Telecom and Technology from responsibility related to any failure to provide the service if any of the restrictions in the MyLTT application requirements are violated.
The User expressly agrees that Libya Telecom and Technology shall not be liable for any damages, whether they fall within the scope of financial loss, disruption of the business process, customer loss, or loss of information.
Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and personal data at any time.
